What payment methods do we accept & is it safe to use my credit card online?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Paypal. Payments can be made through Paypal’s secure checkout system or via Shopify Payments secure form. To ensure that you don’t experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly.
Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

Which countries do we ship to?
We ship to all Countries. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL AUSTRALIAN ORDERS OVER $50.
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OVER $100.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your delivery to another address. To avoid any delays receiving your order, we suggest that you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
Do you offer a repairs service?

How do I return or exchange an item?
We carefully pack our items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the unfortunate event where an item arrives damaged, it must be returned to us within 14 days with relevant proof of purchase for a credit or exchange, less postage.
If you wish to return or exchange an item please email info@sophari.com.au with your order details & reason for return. Returns & exchanges must be made within 14 days with relevant proof of purchase.

Delivery
Delivery is calculated during checkout.
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
For delivery within Australia - Most orders are received within 3-5 business days via Australia Post, however you should allow up to 7 days for your goods to arrive.
For International orders - There are 3 options available:
• International Express: 2-4 business days
• International Standard: 6+ business days
• International Economy Air: 10+ business days
Our standard delivery times are indicative only, and while we will always do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we will contact you straight away in the rare case of a delay.
Please make sure your details are accurate to ensure a speedy delivery. If you have made a mistake on your order, please email us info@sophari.com.au
Australia Post now has tracking on all parcels. You will be sent your individual tracking ID via email (excludes International Economy Air).

All items purchased from Sophari are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

However, Sophari does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Sophari itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Applicable Law

Disputes

What personal information does Sophari gather?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
We do not receive or store any credit card information. This information is taken and processed on our behalf by our payment provider PayPal who will validate the credit for authorisation and payment.
We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with our website. For example, like many web sites, we sometimes use “cookies,” and we obtain certain types of information when your web browser accesses our website.
Consent
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

What about cookies?
Cookies are alphanumeric identifier text files that we transfer to your computers hard drive through your web browser to enable our systems to recognise your browser and to provide features such as storage of items in your Order Cart between visits.
Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Do we share the information we receive?
We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. At no time do we ever provide your account contact or payment information to any third party vendor, associate or service provider unless absolutely necessary in order to complete your transaction and order.
Conditions of Use, Notifications & Revisions
If you choose to visit Sophari, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Policy and our Conditions of Use, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of NSW law.
Our business changes constantly, and our Privacy Policy and Conditions of Use will change also. You should check our website frequently to see recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information that we have about you and your account.
